An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a high-performing, market-leading Corporate, M&A; and Capital Markets team within a leading national firm.

You’ll work closely with highly regarded partners known for both top-tier deal work and developing talent, in a team that genuinely invests in its people.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including:

- Mergers & acquisitions (private and public)
- Private equity buyouts and exits
- Capital raisings and securities law
- Corporate governance and board advisory
- Investment structuring and funds work
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions

You’ll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle—structuring, drafting, negotiating and project managing transactions, while working closely with clients and internal specialists.

This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to high-profile, market-leading deals across a range of industries.

- High-growth and emerging companies

Working across sectors such as technology, energy & resources, financial services, transport and consumer markets, the team is known for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice on complex transactions.

About You

We’re open to lawyers across a range of levels, from 2+ PQE through to Senior Associate, with:

- Robust experience in Corporate M&A; and/or Capital Markets
- Exposure to private equity transactions (highly regarded)
- Excellent drafting, analytical and technical skills
- A commercial, client-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities

For Senior Associates

you will also bring:

- Experience leading matters and managing transactions
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
- An interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Exposure to business development or networking
