Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex parking and digital services projects across Australasia.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- End-to-End Project Delivery Manage projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover — ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Design & Planning Excellence Collaborate with customers and technical experts to validate designs, manage pre-requisites, and ensure all project documentation and approvals are in place.
- Programme, Risk & Cost Control Own project schedules, critical paths, risk registers, budgets, forecasts, and variation management — keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
- ? Stakeholder Leadership Act as the central point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, driving alignment, accountability,
and clear communication.
- Financial & Commercial Management Manage cost control, invoicing milestones, revenue recognition, variations, and final accounts in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
- ✅ Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure full compliance with safety standards, governance, and document requirements, delivering defect-free projects and seamless handovers to service teams.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field .
3–5 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, parking, transport, or technology-based projects.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management , risk, and cost control.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office .
Exposure to parking systems, access control, IoT, or digital platforms is highly regarded.
A proactive, resilient mindset with strong leadership presence and attention to detail.
