About the Role

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join a well‑established retail store in Melville. You’ll lead a small, motivated team, support day‑to‑day operations, and deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers. - Background in painting, trade, or paint retail (ideal for qualified painters looking for a new direction)
- Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset

- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a hands‑on retail environment
- Tech‑savvy with basic POS or stock control experience
- Current driver’s licence required
