The role focuses on designing and delivering solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to help Australian businesses improve productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency. It sits within Tech Hub, a team responsible for enabling technology‑driven transformation, supporting current digital capabilities, and ensuring secure, scalable systems across the organisation. As an M365 Developer, the position blends hands‑on solution development with stakeholder engagement, system integration, and adherence to governance and security standards.

Daily Duties of the Role:

- You design and build Microsoft 365 solutions, including custom apps, workflows, and integrations.
- You work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You configure and customize SharePoint, PowerApps, Teams, and related tools to meet business needs.
- You ensure M365 solutions integrate smoothly with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- You create and maintain technical documentation, including design artefacts, user guides, and training materials.
- You collaborate with project managers, analysts, designers,



and architects to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- You apply security, compliance, and governance standards across all M365 solutions.
- You contribute to projects by providing expert technical advice and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

- You have deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- You can build custom business applications and automations using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- You have experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom web parts, and M365 integrations.
- You understand REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and enterprise system integration patterns.
- You are familiar with Azure services, Azure AD, and cloud computing best practices.
- You apply strong judgement, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead small teams or project streams.
- You demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to learning and improving your development capabilities.
