Join a fast-growing independent financial planning firm as an Associate Adviser. Work closely with Advisers, assist with strategies, attend client meetings, and support the delivery of exceptional advice. This role is client-facing with strong development opportunities toward becoming a Financial Adviser.
- Assist Advisers with strategic, comprehensive advice
- Manage implementation work including applications and lodgements
- Oversee paraplanning requests and project timelines
- Prepare advice documentation (SOAs, ROAs) and review materials
- Support client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Skills & Experience
- Degree-qualified, working toward a Financial Adviser role
- 2+ years experience as a CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate Adviser in financial planning
- Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Xplan experience valued but not essential
