About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven, clinically credible Territory Manager to manage a territory in New South Wales, primarily focused on the Greater Western & Northern Sydney areas.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth across a portfolio of surgical consumables and capital equipment, managing established key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across public and private hospital environments.

Working closely with surgeons, scrub nurses, theatre coordinators, NUMs and procurement teams, you will provide product education, in-theatre support and clinical guidance while building trusted relationships that drive long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the NSW territory across existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, nurses, procurement teams, and key hospital stakeholders
- Drive adoption and growth across a portfolio of surgical consumables and capital equipment
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education, in-service training, and in-theatre support
- Identify,



qualify, and convert new business opportunities within public and private healthcare settings
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned to sales targets, budgets, and growth objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and account planning
- Represent OptiMed Technologies professionally at customer meetings, conferences, and clinical workshops
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Monitor market activity, customer trends, and competitor developments to support strategic decision-making

What You’ll Bring

- Proven sales success within the medical device, surgical or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience engaging with surgeons, nurses, theatre teams, and hospital procurement stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the hospital environment, including operating theatres
- Confidence in learning, managing, and growing a diverse portfolio of products and brands
- Strong territory management capability with a disciplined and proactive approach to planning and execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of commercial acumen, accountability, and personal drive
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
