The Role
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will coordinate our field staff to ensure compliance and effectiveness across all projects. You will be the bridge between management and the field, developing quarterly goals and guiding your team to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and review the performance of Electrical Tradespeople and Apprentices.
- Operational Excellence: Plan and assign work, provide technical support, and conduct site visits to ensure top-tier work quality.
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with client representatives to maximize service delivery and maintain solid relationships.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all personnel follow safety and environmental requirements and hold valid licenses.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor costs, forecast budgets, and prepare documentation for timely invoicing

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of combined educational and operational experience within the Electrical Contracting Industry.
- Licensing:
Must hold an Unrestricted WA Electrical Workers Licence and a current Driver's Licence.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to correspond professionally with clients and speak fluently in front of groups.
- Technical Savvy: General proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and a strong understanding of project management.
- Management: Proven history in staff management and a sound decision-making ability.
