Recruita is seeking an experienced and confident High Reach Forklift Operator to join the team at Frozen Warehouse in Morningside.

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock is moved, stored, and retrieved safely and efficiently within a frozen warehouse environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Operating a high-reach forklift within a double-deep racking system
- Loading, unloading, and relocating palletised stock
- Accurately storing and retrieving products
- Supporting stock rotation processes (FIFO and date-based rotation)
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse
- Working closely with the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- At least 1 year of recent high-reach forklift experience, with the confidence to operate safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Experience working in racking systems (double-deep experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of stock rotation processes is advantageous
