As a Case Coordinator at BUSHkids, you will provide support to families of children aged 0 to 9 years who have a diagnosis that meets NDIS eligibility or an active NDIS plan aligned to our Participant stream. The role focuses on building the capacity of families/caregivers to navigate the NDIS referral pathway, community and mainstream supports, understand their child’s NDIS plan in accessing reasonable and necessary NDIS funded supports in line with their child’s goals.

About You

Aligned to the Participant stream you may have worked in community intervention programs very closely with families aligned with case coordination/management experience.

We also require you to bring:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, ask clear questions, accurately summarise information, and explain systems and next steps
- Professional written communication skills suitable for accurate case notes, and records.
- Experience supporting vulnerable families, with an understanding of the practical and social barriers families may face accessing services
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
- Good judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured workflows and escalation pathways
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, along with CRM, data management or case management systems, templates and structured tools
- A practical, can‑do attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting children, families and the community
- The ability to work flexibly and adaptively, while maintaining clear boundaries around scope of work

As a Payroll and Accounts Officer at BUSHkids, you will play a key role within the finance team, supporting the organisation’s financial operations through the accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, staff expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and payment runs. The role also ensures compliance with relevant legislation, awards, policies, and procedures while contributing to the smooth delivery of finance administration and shared services support across the organisation.

As part of our Early Childhood Approach service delivery we are always on the lookout for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our growing teams on the ground across regional Queensland that includes:

Working at BUSHkids you will deliver family-centred early intervention therapy services to children with developmental delays, disability, or those at risk of educational challenges providing goal-oriented therapy through face-to-face sessions or via telepractice aligned with BUSHkids Model of Care.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy along with eligibility/current registration to AHPRA
- Genuine passion to work with children in their early years and their families
- Strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
- Flexible and adaptable in responding to changing needs
- Aligned with our BUSHkids corevalues–Child‑Focused and Family Centred, Collaborative and Accountable
- Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain before commencement)
- Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination status

For graduating Allied Health clinicians, our ‘Brighter Futures’ Graduate Program provides a structured and supported pathway into practice.

- Weekly 1:1 supervision
- Work shadowing and near peer buddy mentoring
- Self directed competency based learning modules
- Group supervision and discipline specific meetings
- Gradual caseload in building your confidence to practice
- Opportunities to engage in intake processes, clinical research, presentations, and outreach programs including travel to other regional locations or engaging with First Nations communities if this is aligned with your interests.
