About the Role

At Nando’s, we’re looking for energetic, customer‑centric individuals to join our front‑of‑house team. No prior experience is required – just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and cook PERi‑PERi food items on the grill.
- Assist with food service, ensuring high‑quality standards and a safe cooking environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support teammates, including helping new staff learn procedures.

Requirements

- Must be 16+ years old and legally authorised to work in Australia or Recent Zealand.
- Open to learning, teamwork and living our core values: Pride, Passion, Courage,



Integrity and Family.
- Depending on location, 18+ staff may need RSA or similar alcohol‑service certification.
