Moreton Hire is looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. For more than 55 years, Moreton Hire has delivered exhibitions, major events and temporary infrastructure across Australia and internationally. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Rochedale, QLD branch.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role spanning brand, digital, print, proposals, campaigns, large-format signage and event graphics. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Design teams to turn ideas into polished creative outcomes—often seeing your work produced at a significant scale.

AI is becoming an important part of how we work. We’re looking for someone who is already using, or genuinely excited to explore, AI-assisted design tools for concept development, image generation, visualisation, content adaptation and more efficient creative workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design marketing campaigns, sales collateral, proposals and tender documents
- Create content for social media, websites, email and digital advertising
- Design large-format signage, exhibition graphics and branded environments
- Develop concepts, mock-ups and visualisations
- Prepare artwork for print, signage and production
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation,



generate and refine visuals, create variations and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams, printers and production suppliers
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative work

ABOUT YOU

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

- A strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – 3D tools are a bonus
- Excited about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design tools
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and taking briefs from stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about the events and exhibitions industry, with a flexible, hands-on approach

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years’ experience in a Graphic Design role (in-house or agency)
- Experience with large-format signage or event graphics is a bonus
- Knowledge of pre-press and production requirements for print and fabrication
- Interest in learning and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
