This award-winning independent creative agency is looking for a confident and capable Account Manager to join its growing client services team during an exciting period of expansion.

Working across a portfolio of high-profile clients, including fashion, retail and FMCG brands, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, briefing internal teams, overseeing campaign and content deliverables, managing timelines, budgets and workflows, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Reporting into the Head of Accounts and working closely with strategy, creative and production teams, you will play a key role across integrated campaigns, content production and ongoing creative projects.



There will also be opportunities to be involved in photoshoots and content production.

With a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an agency account management role, you will be highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience across retail, fashion or FMCG clients will be highly regarded, along with an understanding of creative production workflows.

Experience with project managment and collaboration tools such as Asana, Google Workspace and similar agency systems will be advantageous.
