What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store while leading your team to deliver outstanding results.

You'll:

- Lead shifts with confidence, energy and a positive attitude.
- Create an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit.
- Coach, support and develop your fellow Baskineers.
- Ensure our products are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness, food safety and operational standards.
- Support stock management, ordering and inventory control.
- Help deliver local and national marketing promotions.
- Contribute to achieving sales, labour and cost targets.




- Foster a culture built on teamwork, respect and accountability.
