About The Role:
This organisation is seeking an experienced APS4-5 Administration or Client Service professional with strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to join a high-performing team.

Requirements:
- MUST have a minimum NV1 Security Clearance held prior to commencement
- Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face.
- Provide accurate advice in line with relevant policies, procedures and service standards.
- Receive, assess and process applications, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress and finalise administrative processes.
- Support activities involving external service providers and government agencies.
- Process sensitive information and external checks in accordance with security requirements.
- Prepare clear and accurate documentation for delegate review and approval.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements, projects and operational activities.
- Provide administrative support across the team and undertake other duties as directed.
Essential Skills & Experience:

- Experience in client service, administration or application processing.
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities.
- Experience interpreting policies or procedures.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Desirable Experience:
- Certificate III or IV in Government (desirable but not essential).
- Experience working with security clearance vetting processes.
- Knowledge of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
- Previous experience within a government or highly regulated environment.
- Experience managing sensitive or confidential information.
