Facilitator, Primary and Secondary Schools, Community Impact (Casual)

Position available in Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide; 2‑3 days per week, primarily during school term time. The role may be adjusted for reduced hours.

Opportunity

As a facilitator with lived experience of disability, share your experiences with school‑aged children, inspire, educate and join the Community Impact team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver world‑class disability inclusion workshops to school‑aged students (Years 1‑7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, in person and virtually. Travel typically less than 60 km from the CBD or within 1.5 hours drive.
- Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for our client, build and maintain successful relationships with schools, and collect valuable teacher feedback.
- Achieve KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback.

Qualifications

- Lived experience of living with a disability, with ability to share personal experiences to promote social inclusion.
- Experience presenting or educating, preferably to school‑aged groups, with ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- Eligibility to obtain a valid Working with Children Check and capacity to learn and retain presentation content.




- Travel interstate to work occasionally is strongly desired.
- Flexibility to adapt to and embrace unexpected changes.
- Administrative skills with the ability to follow processes.
- A purpose‑driven, values‑based attitude and self‑motivation, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
