Susquehanna has an opening for an Infrastructure Services Analyst to join our growing Infrastructure Platform services team.

What You Can Expect From Us

Exposure to platform technology: As part of the team, you will work alongside senior engineers specializing in Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and open‑source technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Grafana. You will partner with engineers to understand their domains and help address complex problems by supporting and building new environments, evaluating and creating applications, tuning performance, automating tasks, and configuring management.

Address and solve challenging technical problems: We need your expertise to improve our environment. You will collaborate with technologists across Susquehanna to troubleshoot application, network, hardware, and other issues while evaluating and recommending optimal solutions.

Engage with recent technology: Susquehanna continually explores emerging technologies to enhance speed, performance, risk management, and stability.



You will have opportunities to automate monitoring applications and work on high‑performance clustered environments that support our quantitative trading.

What We're Looking For

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or a related technical major
- 1‑3 years of experience working with platform environments (Linux or Windows servers)
- Previous experience with monitoring/telemetry tools such as Grafana, Nagios, CheckMK and additional tools such as Ansible, ELK, Prometheus, nginx
- Experience managing Linux and/or Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with basic network‑level TCP/IP, kernel‑level functions, and network card functionalities
- Exposure to scripting and automation workflows is helpful
