The opportunity
You'll be working closely with our recently appointed Head of People Advisory, Employee Experience team and wider People & Development nationally on our daily HR operations, coaching our workforce on complex and interesting people matters including performance management, probation management, graduate and clerkship programs, ER matters, wellbeing projects, retention, talent attraction and compensation.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience across a variety of HR generalist issues including performance management, onboarding and remuneration (within a professional services setting advantageous but not essential)
- excellent problem solving skills, an eye for detail and creative People ideas
- well suited to influential conversations on interesting matters
