Build the Infrastructure Behind AI-Augmented Engineering

Our long-term, a premier B&F; brand, has public CEO backing and the funding to drive software development output through harnessing GenAI dev tooling. They are committed to materially increasing engineering output over the next three years through GenAI-enabled tooling and workflow transformation. To achieve that, they are expanding a dedicated GenAI Developer Tooling team focused on building AI-powered platforms that integrate directly into the software development lifecycle. The Team

This team operates across:

- Greenfield and brownfield GenAI tooling initiatives
- Workflow automation and internal platform engineering
- Direct collaboration with development teams to embed AI into real projects
- You will help design and implement the tools engineers rely on every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building backend services in Go and/or Java (SpringBoot)
- Developing internal web tooling in TypeScript (React / Next.js)
- Integrating LLM APIs into structured engineering workflows
- Automating CI/CD and GitHub processes
- Building SDK and API integrations
- Optimising AI-driven workflows for performance and cost
- Contributing to experimentation, iteration and platform evolution
- Participating in incident response and continuous improvement

You will move ideas from prototype to production within a high-impact engineering environment.

- Has experimented with LLM APIs or AI tooling in meaningful ways

- Used AI IDE tooling extensively
- Automated repetitive development tasks
