We're partnering with a well-established and growing financial services business in Brisbane's southside to find an Operations Officer to join their close-knit team. This is a hands-on role spanning collections, banking, credit and broker support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop across multiple disciplines.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be involved in daily banking and reconciliations, collections and repayment negotiations, credit reviews and loan approvals, contract and endorsement processing, and broker liaison. No two days are the same.
About You
You communicate well,
take pride in your work and have a genuine attention to detail. Some background in financial services (lending, collections, credit or operations) is ideal but not essential. What matters most is the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
