We're seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead a well-established early learning service in Adelaide's southern suburbs. The Role

As Centre Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the service, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes while maintaining a positive and engaged team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the service

Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of passionate educators

Embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards into everyday practice

Maintaining compliance with all regulatory, quality and safety requirements





Building strong relationships with families and the local community

Managing staffing, rosters, occupancy, budgets and operational performance

Driving continuous improvement across all areas of the service

About You

You'll bring:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Previous experience leading an early learning service

Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework

A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators
