Jones Radiology in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical radiography roles and senior appointments. You’ll manage a Recruitment Officer, set priorities, and collaborate with modality leaders to attract top talent.

You'll design sourcing strategies, advise on market conditions, build interviewer capability, oversee checks and onboarding, and deliver induction on day one to ensure a positive current-starter experience.
