As a Sales Loader Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring customers are loaded safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will be working on an afternoon shift with hours being 1pm-11pm Monday–Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading customer trucks with quarry products and construction materials
- Operating front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Conducting pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections
- Maintaining accurate load records and following site procedures
- Supporting general yard housekeeping and site safety initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Current loader ticket/licence (essential)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transport and ability to work afternoon shift hours
