ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to sustain, troubleshoot, and enhance highly classified engineering and decision-support systems. In this pivotal technical role, you will safeguard complex data architectures while ensuring unwavering adherence to ISM standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead high-level (L3 and L4) technical support , diving into code to resolve complex issues and investigate the root causes of systemic application faults.
- Deploy robust software updates and patches by strictly following a sequential Waterfall lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to deployment.
- Safeguard data integrity across the platform, ensuring all system information remains perfectly structured and migration-ready for upcoming enterprise-level ERP transformations.
- Uphold stringent cybersecurity protocols,



maintaining all engineering tools and applications in full compliance with ISM guidelines.

MORE ABOUT YOU

- Highly proficient in backend diagnostics and code-level analysis using C#, .NET Core, and the .NET Framework.
- Solid database management experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014 Enterprise & 2019), including building SSIS integrations and generating advanced reports via SSRS and Power BI Report Server.
- Robust infrastructure background, specifically in configuring and hosting web applications via IIS (8 and 10) on Windows Server (2012 R2 and 2019).
- Well-versed in maintaining and troubleshooting complex enterprise integrations utilizing an SOA backbone and SQL transactional replication.
- Manage high-priority (P1/P2) incidents within strict resolution timeframes
- Comfortable executing application support and deployment activities within a highly structured, governed Waterfall methodology.
