What You'll Do

- Lead the company's end-to-end learning and development function for our retail field operations
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs, pathways and tax certification program
- Modernise learning through AI-enabled tools,



digital resources and innovative delivery methods
- Partner with leaders across Australia to build capability and performance
- Continuously improve learning using data, feedback and business insights
- Oversee our nationally recognised Income Tax Course and professional development programs

What You'll Bring

- Experience leading learning, training, capability or organisational development functions
- Solid instructional design and adult learning expertise
- A passion for technology, continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to turn complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences

Whilst a tax, professional services or finance background is helpful it is by no means essential as we employ over 2000 tax experts across the country. You will be supported by a strong team of subject matter experts / content writers.
