The successful Trust Accounts Office will be responsible for:
- Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate account maintenance.
- Supporting accounts receivable activities, including payment processing and follow-up.
- Performing regular account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account enquiries.
- Assisting with month-end finance activities and reporting.
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
The successful Trust Accounts Office will have:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Trust Accounts, or a similar finance role.
- Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within aged care, healthcare, or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
