We are looking for an RTO Compliance Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) to join our Delivery team and help clients navigate the complex landscape of RTO registration and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will build and maintain audit-ready, compliant operational frameworks for new and existing RTOs:

- Regulatory Advice & Strategy: Guide clients through RTO registration, structural options, and operational setups across Australia.
- Compliance Management: Align all client frameworks with the National Standards for RTOs and ASQA requirements.
- Document Design: Draft, review, and refine high-quality policies, procedures, and instructional frameworks.
- Training Architecture: Collaborate with clients to build and validate Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and assessment tools.
- Audit Readiness:



Conduct internal reviews and compliance health checks to mitigate risks.

What We Are Looking For

- RTO Expertise: Comprehensive, firsthand operational knowledge of running an RTO.
- Standards Fluency: Full working mastery of the Standards for RTOs and the VET quality framework.
- Technical Writing: Exceptional skills in drafting explicit, compliant, and highly functional operational documentation.
- Trainer & Assessor Background: (Highly Desirable) Experience providing practical insights into TAS, student lifecycles, and evidence collection.
- Communication: Ability to translate dense regulations into clear, actionable advice for business stakeholders.
