Moss & Co is partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint a Banking & Finance Lawyer (1–3 Years PAE) to join its growing Melbourne team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with an experienced Banking & Finance Partner, you’ll advise borrowers, lenders and corporate clients across a broad range of financing transactions, with particular exposure to complex trade finance and structured lending matters.

Your work will include:

- Corporate and acquisition finance
- Property and construction finance
- Trade and supplier finance
- Structured inventory finance
- Bills of exchange discounting facilities
- Secured and unsecured lending
- Security documentation and intercreditor arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements
- General banking and finance advisory matters

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of matters, develop strong client relationships and play an active role in transactions from commencement through to completion.

About You





We’re interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

- 1 to 3 years’ post-admission experience in Banking & Finance
- Experience gained within a recognised commercial law firm
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- A commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues
- A genuine desire to continue developing within a high-performing team
