As our AI Implementation Lead, you will play a key role in helping TechnologyOne embed AI, automation, and smart process design across our own enterprise business.

Sitting within the Corporate IT & AI Enablement team , this role works at the intersection of every internal function , supporting the adoption of intelligent technologies, improving data readiness, and driving in-house change initiatives that enhance our own employee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how AI is implemented internally at scale, while partnering with leaders, business units, and champions across the organisation as well as being part of the critical AI transformation of our own company.

What you’ll be doing…

- Identify, prioritise, and help implement AI and automation opportunities across the business by reviewing processes and pain points
- Apply Lean / DMAIC thinking to assess opportunities and support strategic prioritisation
- Support data readiness by surfacing data quality, ownership, stewardship and accessibility issues, and advocating for improvements within governance frameworks
- Partner with SMEs and internal Champions to turn ideas into practical implementation, adoption and change activity
- Coordinate the enterprise AI change program, including training, communications and AI fluency uplift
- Help build and support the AI Champions network and AI / Automation Community of Practice
- Manage the intake, piloting, scaling and ongoing tracking of AI use cases, including business cases and productivity outcomes
- Coordinate innovation challenges and help maintain the enterprise use-case library
- Represent AI Enablement at internal forums, escalating strategic matters and brokering deeper process re‑engineering to relevant business owners where needed
- Assist with budget and investment tracking for AI Enablement initiatives
- Lead and develop team members, guide resource allocation and foster a collaborative, can‑do culture
- Continually improve ways of working,



embrace digital productivity tools and ensure compliance with policies and work health and safety requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience implementing enterprise AI, automation, or digital productivity programs, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and the broader enterprise AI tooling landscape
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, with a willingness to experiment and improve enterprise productivity
- Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar process improvement capability, with a working understanding of data governance, data quality, and stewardship concepts
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, including the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Change management experience, including ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies, with the ability to support adoption in complex environments

Highly Desirable…

- Experience supporting AI education, knowledge development or Champions' networks
- Collaboration with data governance functions and/or understanding of enterprise architecture
- Experience coordinating innovation programs such as hackathons or use-case competitions
