Coles Group Graduate Program invites high-potential graduates to join a two-year (three years for Finance) program that combines hands-on learning with meaningful work. You’ll rotate across functions, gain real ownership, and contribute to delivering food, drink and home solutions to Australians both in-store and online.
By completing an Innovation Project in year two, you’ll tackle a live business challenge and present results to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.
