What role will you play?

You will collaborate closely with the Lead / Principal engineers and Enterprise Architects to design and architect technical solutions aligned to the specific domain across People and Culture group to help transform the business process through mix of automation and agentic AI.

What You Offer

- Extensive hands‑on experience in designing and delivering complex, large‑scale technology transformation programs for the enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to select and implement technologies, platforms and tools to solve specific business problems effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS as well as experience as a lead / principal engineer will be very valuable.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), API first approach, multi‑channel delivery of digital and agentic solutions.
