St Patrick's Community Support Centre in Mandurah (WA) is seeking an Aboriginal Outreach Worker to join the Booraka Danjoo Outreach Program, delivering assertive outreach across the South West region.

Based in Mandurah, you will engage with Aboriginal people experiencing rough sleeping, helping access housing, health services and essential supports, working with ACCOs, government agencies and local partners in a culturally secure, trauma-informed way.
