As a fixed-term part-time CaseManager (until 18 June 2027) , you’ll play a vital role inhelping individuals and families experiencing or at risk ofhomelessness to regain stability and rebuild their lives. You’llprovide personalised, wrap-around support to empower people to moveforward with dignity and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Engaging with clients where they are , onthe street, in emergency accommodation, or in their homes, tobuild trust and develop tailored support plans.
- Navigating complex challenges by working alongside health,legal, and social services to provide holistic, person-centredcare.
- Responding to crises with skill and compassion, ensuringpeople receive immediate support when they need it most.
- Advocating fiercely for your clients, ensuring theirrights, needs, and voices are heard.
- Opportunity to work across and together with otherorganisations within an alliance model.
- Keeping clear and accurate records to support meaningfulservice improvements.

Is This You?

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate,adaptable, and driven to make a difference . If youhave:

- A tertiary qualification in Social Work,Social Sciences, Counselling, Psychology, or Community Services(Cert IV minimum with relevant experience).
- Experience in case management , crisisintervention, and supporting individuals with complexneeds.
- A strong understanding of collaborative care,trauma-informed care, and strength-basedapproaches .
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- A valid SA Driver’s Licence , acurrent National Police clearance, a Working with ChildrenCheck , an NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck , and First Aid/CPRCertification (or willingness to obtain).
