Own and optimise GMW's future CRM & Billing platform

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

GMW is investing in a modern CRM & Billing platform and we're looking for an experienced Business Systems Administrator (CRM) to become the technical custodian of this critical enterprise solution.

Based in Tatura this role spans implementation, transition to business-as-usual and ongoing platform administration, giving you the opportunity to influence how the platform operates for years to come.

What you'll do

- Lead the technology delivery side of the CRM & Billing platform
- Administer, configure and optimise the CRM platform.
- Manage workflows, forms, business rules, security and user access.
- Support releases, testing, cutovers and transition activities.
- Improve data quality, controls and integration outcomes.
- Work closely with implementation partners while maintaining ownership of platform standards and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence post go-live.

What you'll bring

- Experience administering CRM,



billing or customer service platforms.
- Strong understanding of integrations, security and data governance.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and operational support environments.
- Exposure to platforms such as Infor, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, TechnologyOne or similar solutions.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
- A passion for solving complex technical and business challenges.
