Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is seeking an APS 6 User Experience Researcher to contribute to the BetStop Taskforce. You will apply user-centred design to registrant journeys, identify pain points for registrants and support people, and advocate data-driven improvements to the BetStop service.

The role involves planning and conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys), developing personas and journey maps, and collaborating with the BetStop Taskforce
