About The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient delivery of civil and cable hauling activities, ensuring works are completed to schedule, quality standards and compliance requirements. Additionally, you'll:

- Coordinate site walk-ups, planning activities and project scoping to support construction delivery
- Supervise subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with approved plans
- Undertake site inspections, compliance checks and critical control verifications across active work sites
- Liaise with Site Engineers to coordinate materials,



resolve site constraints and maintain project progress
- Promote a positive safety-first culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvement

About You

- Demonstrated experience in site supervision and managing subcontractors within construction, telecommunications or civil environments
- Previous experience delivering telecommunications, NBN or civil infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) documentation
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements in a field-based environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Based in Canberra or willing to relocate
