Job Description

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

About the Candidate

Experience in Aged Care highly regarded

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

About this location: Rosebrook is a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 30 Mins from Frankston and 40 mins from Cranbourne. Rosebrook is an easy drive down the Mornington
