What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, past enquiries, and existing database contacts.
- Re-engage prospects and qualify opportunities for the Sales Specialist team.
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities by engaging warm leads and progressing them toward purchase over the phone.
- Follow structured call frameworks while building confidence and personal style.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and activity tracking.
- Work closely with Sales Specialists to understand what makes a high-value lead.
High performers in this role are trained and promoted into Sales Specialist positions, where significantly higher earnings and responsibility follow.
