Essential Requirements

To be considered, candidates must possess:

- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Appointment (WA Mines Safety & Inspection Act)
- Demonstrated experience supervising mining construction projects within WA
- Strong understanding of mining health, safety and environmental requirements




- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary work crews
- Proven delivery experience across construction, shutdown or capital projects
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Preferred Qualifications & Tickets

- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management
- Trade qualification or engineering background
- Construction White Card
- Senior First Aid
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- High Risk Work Licences (advantageous)
- Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG, Roy Hill, South32 or Mineral Resources site experience highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise construction activities across site
- Ensure safe execution of project works in accordance with site standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and workforce resources
- Monitor project progress, quality and compliance outcomes
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety interactions
- Drive productivity whilst maintaining a strong safety culture
- Liaise with project teams, stakeholders and client representatives
