East Grampians Health Service in Victoria is seeking qualified Home Care Workers to join the Community Services, Home Support Program. Two part time positions are available to assist older people living at home with domestic, personal and social support.

You will travel to clients’ homes across the region, providing care that includes medications assistance, personal care, cooking, cleaning and social support, while escorting to appointments and supporting carers.
