Youth Futures Education Assistant role in Midland is a full time position supporting local young people through our Community School. You will work with students to improve literacy and numeracy, alongside teachers, to re-engage learners with mainstream pathways.
The role focuses on functional literacy and numeracy under CGEA frameworks, providing tailored support, confidential practice, and inclusive engagement to help students achieve certificates and progress to further study or employment.
