Western Health's Community Paediatric Service is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Paediatric Allied Health team at Melton Health in a full-time, role.

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention to support children and families.
The position is primarily based at Western Health's Melton and Caroline Springs sites, delivering responsive, coordinated care to children and families in Melbourne's west.
You will:
- Deliver evidence-based paediatric occupational therapy services that meet the developmental needs of children and their families
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to shared clinical decision-making within multidisciplinary clinics and programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation,
reports and data entry in line with organisational and funding requirements
- Participate in professional supervision, quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with children and families, including conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions
- A collaborative practitioner who works effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engages families as partners in care planning
- Experience in Autism assessments will be highly regarded
