About The Role

We are seeking a capable and driven Analyst to join our team on a full‑time basis at Mounties, in Mount Pritchard. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance product performance and support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

- Analyze gaming product performance, player behaviour, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and turn business and data requirements into meaningful analytical outputs
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI
- Perform complex data extraction, validation, and querying using MySQL
- Apply advanced analytics and AI techniques for forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies

Qualifications





- Extensive understanding of gaming products, performance metrics, player behaviour, and regulatory considerations
- Robust analytical capability with experience working on large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate business and data requirements into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MySQL for data extraction, validation, and complex querying
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX measures, dashboard design, and automated reporting
- Experience applying AI or advanced analytics for forecasting, segmentation, trend analysis, or process optimisation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset
