About the role
We have an opportunity for a Case Management Specialist to be part of our Personal Injury Insurance Unit, Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Command . This role is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives across personal injury portfolios and driving improved performance, service delivery and outcomes. Through effective engagement with insurers, service providers and key stakeholders, the Case Management Specialist ensures a coordinated, evidence-based approach to injury management, influencing portfolio trends, mitigating risks and optimising claim performance, health, recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured NSW Police Force employees.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
