Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their IT Project Management Office, supporting the delivery of a portfolio of enterprise technology projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination or project support who enjoys working across governance, reporting, financial administration, and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with Project Managers and the PMO, you'll help keep projects on track by maintaining project documentation, coordinating reporting activities, supporting project financials, and ensuring high-quality project data across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers with the coordination and administration of multiple IT projects.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and governance artefacts.
- Produce regular project and portfolio reports for the PMO and leadership team.
- Maintain and validate project information within the portfolio management system.
- Assist with project financial administration, including invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.
- Coordinate project meetings, actions, risks, and status updates.




- Work with Project Managers to ensure project information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Contribute to continuous improvements across PMO processes, reporting, and project governance.

Requirements

- 3 + years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, PMO Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or similar role.
- Experience supporting projects within an IT or technology setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, governance, and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence working with project data and reports.
- Exposure to project financial administration, including invoices or budget tracking.
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies and the project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
