Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will support the daily management of the restaurant, lead the team through busy service periods, train crew, proactively improve guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and managers need availability between 5 AM and 1 AM.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team within a busy, high‑volume hospitality environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure effective crew training and development.
- Support inventory and financial management.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a high‑volume hospitality setting.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience managing restaurant financials (P&L;).
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
