THE ROLE
This is a diverse position that will see you supporting both the estimating and project delivery teams,
giving you valuable exposure to every stage of a construction project.
- Assist with preparing cost estimates, take-offs and tender submissions
- Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Assist with procurement, contract administration and project documentation
- Coordinate RFIs, variations and project correspondence
- Support Project Managers with programming, cost tracking and reporting
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients throughout project delivery
- Assist with project handovers and ensure documentation is maintained accurately
YOU
- 1-3 years' experience within commercial construction in an Estimating, Contract Administration or Project Coordination role
- Relevant Building & Construction qualification (or currently completing) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
- Confident communicator who enjoys working within a collaborative team
- Ambitious, eager to learn and looking for long-term career progression within commercial construction
