As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Audio Visual Technician - Embedded to join our team in Melbourne, delivering top-tier AV solutions and support. The Audio Visual (AV) Technician is responsible for the onsite support, operation, and maintenance of Audio Visual systems within a dedicated client environment. This role is embedded at a single client site, providing hands-on technical support to ensure seamless operation of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event technologies.

What you'll do: Provide daily onsite support for AV systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. Diagnose and resolve AV issues including audio,

video, conferencing, control systems, and connectivity faults. Deliver rapid response support for live meetings and critical business events. Perform daily room checks, preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health monitoring. Support and maintain AV technologies including Crestron, QSC, AMX, Cisco Webex, and Cisco room systems. Troubleshoot integrated AV environments including signal flow, switching, and control interfaces. Support AV hardware including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and touch panels.



Provide white-glove support for executive meetings, town halls, presentations, and large-scale events. Assist users with meeting setup, device connectivity, content sharing, and hybrid collaboration. Deliver end-user support, guidance, and informal training on AV and collaboration technologies. Maintain AV documentation, standards, and asset registers while recommending system improvements and optimisation opportunities. What you'll bring: Experience
