What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our Customer Success team who are enthusiastic for all‑things customer and delivering outstanding service and solutions. As a new role, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills and experience as the role evolves along with the function.
Your key activities in this role will be (but not limited to):
- Coordinate end‑to‑end processing and maintenance of payroll functions for customers, meeting all processing deadlines
- Ensure regular and effective communication with customers to build and establish the relationship as a trusted advisor
- Perform administrative tasks related to the service including data entry, reporting and platform configuration
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to facilitate Award interpretation administration
- Identify, assess and implement continuous improvement initiatives to build and solidify the service offering as new customers are added
We’re on the hunt for an individual who is passionate about customer service and delivering the best possible experience, who embraces learning with enthusiasm and curiosity and has exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonosted experience with end‑to‑end payroll processing, idewally across multipe clients or entities
- Understandingn of payroll legislation, compliance requirements and modern award inpretation
- Experience working with payroll or workforce management systems (specific foundU or similar experience is an added bonus)
- Strong customer service skills, effective in handling sensitive information and managing competing priorities and deadlines
- A commitment to accuracy and delivering high quality results
