About You

You bring heart, curiosity and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable and supported.

You Also Have

- A Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
- A commitment to child and cultural safety.
- An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

Harmony Bardon is a purpose‑built centre catering for up to 83 children (birth‑5 years). Located at 56 Chiswick Road, Bardon, the centre operates 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for children, families and educators alike.
