FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, this newly created role offers exciting times ahead for experienced Process Technicians looking to grow with a company that knows how to deliver.

About the Role

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the gold processing plant and associated equipment, supporting production targets and plant performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operate processing plant equipment across Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution, Gravity and Gold Room areas
- Support commissioning, ramp‑up and ongoing production activities
- Monitor plant performance and report operating issues or variances
- Conduct routine inspections, sampling and housekeeping duties
- Work closely with supervisors, metallurgists and maintenance teams
- Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures




- Contribute to continuous improvement and team‑based problem solving

About You

You are a hands‑on, safety‑focused operator with gold processing experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications & Tickets

- Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence
- Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (or equivalent)
- Forklift, Loader or other mobile equipment tickets (desirable)
- Senior First Aid (desirable)

Experience

- Previous experience in a gold processing plant environment
- Exposure to Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution or Gravity circuits
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and plant operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based FIFO environment
